Clinic Policies
VISITS
Only one medical issue per visit to ensure that all patients receive timely and efficient care. if you have multiple issues, please book for another day.
PRESCRIPTION POLICY
We do not prescribe narcotics and controlled substances.
ZERO TOLERANCE
We do not tolerate any form of aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour. This includes verbal or physical threats, harassment, or any inappropriate language.
NO SHOWS
There is a $50 no show fee. You must advise us 24hrs before your appointment to cancel.

Dr. Uchechukwu Okafor
Dr. Uchechukwu Okafor is a dedicated and compassionate medical professional with extensive experience in family medicine. He earned his medical degree in Nigeria, where he developed a strong foundation in healthcare and a commitment to patient-centered care.
After completing his initial medical training, Dr. Okafor pursued specialty training in family medicine, obtaining his Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) certification in England. This achievement reflects his in-depth knowledge and skills in providing comprehensive care to individuals of all ages.
Dr. Okafor’s passion for broadening his expertise led him to Canada, where he earned the prestigious Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP). With this certification, he further honed his ability to serve diverse populations with personalized, high-quality care.
Currently, Dr. Okafor practices as a family doctor in Ontario, where he is deeply committed to promoting the health and well-being of his patients through preventive care, chronic disease management, and compassionate support.
